As with all other achievements in this game, this achievement will not unlock until you finish the mission.

On top and to the middle of your screen you can see how many waves of enemies you’ll get in the mission. After each completed wave you hit a checkpoint. If you press 
you’’ll reload the last checkpoint, which means you’ll go back to the start of the wave. Do this five times to obtain this trophy (you can actually just press 5 times in a row at the start of the mission and then play it). Note that this trophy won’t pop until after completion of the mission.
Creech
The reload checkpoint command is mapped to the 
and reverses the scenario completely to the start of the prior wave of aliens. This includes returning all money spent, removing towers built since that checkpoint, etc. This feature makes it very difficult to lose any given mission because if you make a mistake you can rewind as many times as you would like, including all the way back to the beginning of the game.
To unlock this achievement, you simply need to rewind five times in the same mission.
