Mission 6 - Rapid Collapse.
You can do this on easy which gives you more money to spend on the extra map sections because you'll need less towers etc.

Play the level as usual but when you get a bit of spare cash, click on the Control Tower (the ship thing that lands as the level starts) and you'll be given 6 options to buy 2 sentries or 4 watchtowers. Sentries are 400 and watchtowers are 200. Each one will add a new platform to the level that you can build on. If you complete the level after buying all 6, the achievement will pop.

This can be done in practice mode as well if it wasn't easy enough already.

Have 100% on this achievement but won't pop, same on few others!

Just FYI: You do now have to get gold medal on the level. I finished with silver and the achievement popped.

In every mission, you can find the command shuttle somewhere on the map. If you hover over it and press , you’ll get some mission info, e.g. how many towers and upgrades you’ve built so far. On some maps the command shuttle will also offer you extra spaces to build towers on in trade for resources. For this trophy, you have to select mission 6 and buy all of these upgrades. The easiest way is to start this in training mode and buy all of the upgrades right away, then just let the mission end since you don’t have win the mission for this trophy to pop.

The command shuttle is used on some missions to alter the layout of the playing field. You need to move the selector to the command shuttle and press and any available map sections will be shown. You are required to pay resources to move the map sections, so if you are trying to maximize your score typically this is not a good idea. However, if you are struggling on a map it may make it much easier for you to win as some of the map sections offer significant tactical advantages.

To unlock this achievement, choose Mission 6 (Rapid Collapse) in Practice mode. Any mode will work, but you have the most spare resources in Practice mode. The command shuttle lands on the pier at the beginning of the mission and you can immediately select it. There are six map sections available and you simply need to pay the resources to raise them all out of the water and into usable positions:
