How to unlock the Master Siege Breaker achievement in Defense Grid 2 - Definitive Guide
difficulty - easy
place level 3 guns everywhere, with the occasional cannon in areas that make sense for coverage. i never even had an enemy make it to my cores.
6 cannons total, rest was guns. All lv 3.
Piece of cake!
this achievement is alot easier than it sounds
so you wont have any problems, but if you do just send me a message
and i will help any way i can
I also completed the full potential achievement at the same time which I found is very easily attainable as you have plenty of spare resources.
I have included a video of me completing this below if you would like some more guidance
Here's a YouTube playlist made by JogandoEAndando with videos on how to beat EVERY mission on EVERY mode on NORMAL difficulty. I've used it from A to Z to beat the game (50hrs) and each guide is perfect. Very nice work from him, congrats!

While not as easy as Grinder mode, Super Grinder can be generally won with the same approach since the vast majority of the aliens are going to be walkers and swarmers. Build Concussion towers and scatter some Temporal towers in the mix to ensure that the aliens stay in range of the Concussion towers for as long as possible. You will need some Cannon towers also to take out the boss aliens, and all towers should be on Boost towers so that you can use the Shield disrupter and Score Boost options. Upgrade all towers to level 3 and make sure that as much of your path as possible is covered by the Temporal towers.
Super Grinder is a challenge mode that is available on a number of missions. In this mode, you have to withstand 100 waves of walker enemies. I advise going for this trophy in “Mission 12 – Incursion” as the map is even and has a lot of room for lots of towers. This trophy can be obtained playing on the easiest difficulty.
