How to unlock the More Please achievement in Defense Grid 2 - Definitive Guide

The first mission that Professor Briel is available for use is level 04. You can also her on the 'Fully Loaded' variant of any level, as early as level 01.
After you choose your game mode, scroll over to the right when selecting Command Team and choose Professor Briel. Then, just hold cn_RT during the level to fire her cannon. This cannon gives resources based on enemies hit.

Note on Professor Briel Availability
No AIs are available during mission 16.

As with all other achievements in this game, the achievement won't unlock until you beat the level.

Right after you selected a mission you will get the opportunity to set your perks for special weapons. The special weapon of Professor Briel won’t be available until after a few missions. If you’ve selected this perk, you can launch your special weapon attack during the mission with either  or . Do this at least once and the trophy will pop after completion of the mission.

If you want to get this trophy out of the way quickly, simply start a mission on the ‘Fully Loaded mode’ , select Professor Briel and use the special weapon.

Both the and the are mapped to the special weapon you choose at the Tower Items loadout screen. Professor Briel is available on all modes in missions 4-20 (except 16), and is required to use the Resource Reinforcement special weapon. The Resource Reinforcement special weapon generates extra resources for you to use, based on the number and type of aliens in the target area, and can be used once every five minutes. Note that increasing the speed using also affects the recharge time for the special weapon you have selected, if any.

Select any mission and mode that you choose where Professor Briel is available and select her to be your Command Team Tower item. Start the game up, place any tower to start the game, and then simply hold the down for about two seconds until the Resource Reinforcement special weapon fires. The achievement will unlock at the end of the game, win or lose.
