This cheevo will be awarded for reviving another player when they are downed.
The other player does NOT need to be a friend but obviously it helps.
You can either boost this by having a friend down themselves with grenades or rocket launchers or just play through naturally with a bud and sooner or later you will get the opportunity to get this.
If like myself you don't have any friends playing this then the easiest way I found to get this is to complete a major arkfall mission.
When your attacking the enemy there will probably be anywhere up to a hundred peeps and tons of enemy, Keep an eye out for anyone who gets down which happens regularly and run over to them and hold X to revive them for the cheevo.
Keep reviving any1 you see as it does help the group and also works towards the season challenges.

have you friend down them selves; grenades, rocket launcher or general fighting, run up to them and hit the X button on the controller, can be done on a random person

Also if you go to an arkfall normally people get downed and you can just revive them

You have to hold X nt just hit X.

as you are playing the game, particularly during missions or arkfalls, you will see players who are downed from taking too much damage. They begin to flash and crawl on the floor.
Run up to them, then press and hold Square to revive them. It should take a few seconds for them to get back on their feet, and then the trophy will pop.
For me, it also froze the game for about 10 seconds, so dont panic and no worries if you unfreeze to find yourself dead as well. Look on the bright side, you may have helped someone else pop the trophy too!

UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE
You’ll come across other players throughout the world. Once they go down, they can self revive. If they can’t, or wish not to, they’ll stay down on the ground and reach out for help until they automatically respawn at the closest extraction point. The place where most players are likely to go down are Arkfalls and co-op instances. Simply run up to the downed player and press and hold
to revive them. (If you die in the progress, keep holding . It will still revive them.)
You’ll need to be on the lookout for downed players, since there isn’t a special icon for downed players, other than when you’re in a group. You may hear their call out for help.

This is unlocked by reviving another human player in the game. Major arkfalls are good places to do this as people go down often during the final boss fight of the arkfall. Just look for someone who is "glowing" and laying on the ground. Run over to them and hold down 
to revive them.
