How to unlock the Call Me Psycho achievement in Defiance Free to Play - Definitive Guide
To unlock Call Me Psycho, you must complete the coop map Island of Lost Soldiers. You must have an EGO rating of 150 to unlock this coop mission, as well as progressing past a certain story quest within ACT2. (Note - This is the EGO level it unlocked for me at. It may be different for you.)
To access coop maps, from the in game menu press right on your dpad. Select matchmaking, then coop maps, then Island of Lost Soldiers.
Then, play through the mission. This is an easy coop mission, with even the boss a bit of a breeze. Once the boss is dead, you will receive your achievement, on the score screen.

Just a quick comment - this mission was available to me around 180 EGO, so the constant patching that this game gets may have lowered Mission Entry Requirements may have been softened.

Enemies: Hellbugs (/ 99ers)
Be careful with Hellbug Blast Pods. These will spawn in the bushes or on top of hills. These will blast explosives in the air straight at you. Not only does it do quite some damage, it will also slow you down and decrease your damage. Roll to get rid of it. -
Boss 1: Hellbug Monarch
The Monarch is one of the strongest Hellbug in the game. Her weak spots are behind and under her. The weak spot on her back will open and close, so just keep firing at it. The weak spot under her can only be hit when she stands up on her hind legs. When she does this, quickly move out of the way, because once she hits the ground, she will cause 4 explosions in front of her, moving in a straight line. When she jumps in the air, once she hits the ground she will roll in a straight line. You’ll get smashed back if she hits you and probably taking your shield down in the progress. If you get to close, she will try to hit you with a double attack. She can also spit out acid balls. If you get hit, roll to get rid of it. -
Boss 2: Matron
The Matron can spawn at 3 spots, on the left, right and directly in front of you. When she does, keep firing at her head. She will disappear in the ground after a while and spawn at a different location. There are hellbugs spawning in the same area, but they hardly harm you. Just keep focusing on the Matron. The Matron does spit out acid balls every now and then, but these can easily be dodge. If they hit you, roll to get rid of the acid.
Don't worry about ammo, there are ammo stashes which instantly refill your ammo.
This is unlocked once you have completed the "Island of Lost Soldiers" co-op map. This map unlocks at an EGO rating of 150 in addition to progression through Act 2. Once the Hellbug Matron is dead, the achievement will unlock.
To access the co-op map, open the quick menu with and choose Matchmaking. From there, choose Co-operative Maps and select the appropriate map.
