How to unlock the Overdosing achievement in Defiance Free to Play - Definitive Guide
To unlock Overdosing, you must complete the coop map Liberate the Lost. You must have an EGO rating of 200 to unlock this coop mission or progressing past a certain story quest within ACT1, Kith and Kinship.
To access coop maps, from the in game menu press right on your dpad. Select matchmaking, then coop maps, then liberate the lost.
Then, play through the mission. It is fairly linear, although the boss fight can be a pain. Once the boss is dead, you will receive your achievement.

Must need 150 plus a story part. Mine unlocked the second I hit 150, it flashed on screen saying so.

Boss: Pierce
Focus on his head. After he loses a portion of his health, he will become invincible and will grab some adreno to regain all his health. He will do this 3 times. After the 3rd time, your EGO implant will tell you he’s overdosing. That’s when he stops grabbing the adreno and when he can be killed.
There are some mutants there, which can be quite annoying but try to focus on Pierce. Don't worry about ammo, there are ammo stashes which instantly refill your ammo.
This is unlocked once you have completed the "Liberate the Lost" co-op map. This map unlocks at an EGO rating of 150 in addition to progression through Act 1 and is the first co-op map the is unlocked. Once the Piercer is dead, the achievement will unlock.
To access the co-op map, open the quick menu with and choose Matchmaking. From there, choose Co-operative Maps and select the appropriate map.
