there is 3 levels to each of the perks you have to upgrade to level 3.
if you have ark fall codes

you will get scavenger and you need to upgrade it 3 times level up and get ego points. you put all the points into scavenger. or any perk you want to some use 2 ego points to upgrade. hit X button for the up grade
