To unlock Super Excited, you must complete the coop map Scrapworks Salvage. You must have an EGO rating of 500 (this requirement seems to have been lowered, and is now possible to do below 500) to unlock this coop mission, as well as progressing past a certain story quest within ACT2. (Note - This is the EGO level it unlocked for me at. It may be different for you.)
To access coop maps, from the in game menu press right on your dpad. Select matchmaking, then coop maps, then Scrapworks Salvage.
Then, play through the mission. This is an easy coop mission, with even the boss a bit of a breeze. Once the final event is over, you will receive your achievement, on the score screen.

i searched quick match while my ego was around 400. so i don't think 500 is required. maybe that is the requirement to host.

Boss: Scrapper Arm & Scrapper (Forges)
This co-op instance doesn’t really have a particular boss. You mainly need to defend yourself from many scrappers. When you reach the end, you’ll see a mechanical scrapper arm in the middle and 2 Scrapper Forges and some other generic scrappers. Focus on the arm first. It has 3 heat sinks, the yellow nodes. Destroy these to destroy the arm. Just stand in front of it and shoot the sinks. If you see him lining up with you, dodge and keep shooting. It can stomp the ground, shoot an energy ball or shoot 3 energy balls right in front of itself in a straight line.
Once you’ve dealt with the arm, focus on the Scrapper Forges. Their critical spots are the yellow spots (eye and tail). You do the most damage by aiming for its eye, but once that eye goes black, focus on its tail. These aren't all that difficult, but watch out when he charges his tail. He will shoot 3 energy balls which can do quite some damage.
Don't worry about ammo, there are ammo stashes which instantly refill your ammo.

This is unlocked once you have completed the "Scrapworks Salvage" co-op map. This map unlocks at an EGO rating of 225 in addition to progression through Act 2. Once the heat sinks on the Scrapper arm have been destroyed and the Scrapper enemies are dead, the achievement will unlock.
To access the co-op map, open the quick menu with 
and choose Matchmaking. From there, choose Co-operative Maps and select the appropriate map.
