This is story related and you will get it during the final flashback of Chapter II: Want to go to space?

While on a nature walk with Claire and Dad, you be taken to an area where you'll be given climbing tools and you're expected to climb two walls. The first is an easy vertical wall. The second is up, sideways right, then down again. The achievement popped for me after the first wall.

The start climbing by pressing and together while standing at the wall. Then alternate releasing and holding or and pressing in the direction you want to move.

You can change the climbing options to where you can just press a trigger instead of hold it.
