Actually it's the start of chapter 6 but the terrain looks slightly different now.
I think they've closed this loop hole :~(

The trophy only drops on the first playthrough. I had saves uploaded to the cloud right before the start of this trophy, no matter how hard I tried, the trophy did not drop, so you need to make a save before this checkpoint, namely: as soon as you drive up to the base by car. If you upload this save to the cloud and start each attempt from this point, the trophy will drop.

If you didn't make it in time on your first try and the trophy didn't drop, restart Chapter 6.

Some video guide says that you can die, but no. Even if you manage to die in time, the trophy won't drop.
