You will be back on the zephyr leave the sleeping quarters room turn right and head into the control centre. It is floating just next to the pillar in front of you as soon as you enter the room on the left

is this glitched for anybody else? I found the exact same one OP described and nothing ever popped. Some of the previous achievements were on the delayed pop as well. Is it the game, an issue with XBL, maybe an issue with my connection..?

It should have popped for you straight away. If it hasn’t keep collecting them to see if that works. If it doesn’t delete your save data or use the offline method then reconnect to online
