This achievement can be unlocked in the 2nd EVA of Chapter II: Want to go to space?

The objective is to get out of the airlock, progress to a scripted explosion event and be back in the airlock in 3 minutes and 35 seconds.

When you get out of the airlock, immediately race towards end of the shuttle and look at the engine, then interact with it. Interact with the hatch that has power switch behind it. Interact with the switch, then the door left to it. Then cut off the power cable.

The actual time saving comes in the part where you cut the thruster off. The scripted event of the thruster blowing up happens after certain number of bolts. This means you don't have time or need to cut off all the plates around the thruster before getting to the bolts. Instead start from the top, cut a plate off, cut the bolts under that plate, then go clock wise. The scripted explosion event happens after you finish the bolts from 4th plate.

Once you regain control, race towards the shuttle and hit the airlock activation button. The achievement unlocks as the scene changes.
