Deliver Us The Moon

During the first mission there are 4 scan-able objects required for this achievement (there are other items to scan in the first mission, but the specific 4 for this achievement are as follows :

1. The MPT Network Dish, - found right after you get your suit and exit the building (looks like a giant broken satellite dish. Scan this for number 1.

2. Sputnik Monument - after the dish you'll go past some caravan looking vehicles and slightly up hill here you will see the monument directly ahead of you. Scan this for number 2.

3. Fortuna - After going up the lift, finding the code and walking through the door you'll eventually enter a office of sorts, with a giant white board directly opposite the door you enter. Scan this for number 3.

4. Last Minute Check-Up - a littler further forward you'll enter a canteen area with a floating orange flickering audio wave right in the middle of a door way you need to walk through , highly unmissable. collect this for the final one unlocking the achievement.

In chapter 1, there are 4 big items you need to scan for this achievement.

The MPT Network dish which is found directly outside in the very beginning when you leave the building.

The Sputnik Monument is found basically straight ahead after the MPT Network Dish just past some caravans on the left.

When you go up the lift, into the building, finding the code and going through. You enter an office (The same one with the Globe you have to spin for a separate achievement). Opposite the globe is a whiteboard to Scan.

The last one is after you move the set of stairs to go through a door, to the left and up some more stairs into the canteen, opposite end on the right is the audio log and that unlocks this achievement.

Be aware though, there are more collectibles than just those 4 to collect to get the 100% and all collectibles found, and i have put them all for chapter 1 at least in a timestamp below.
