After making it to your rocket at the beginning of the game you will need to prep for launch. If you just sit there and not prep anything a 15 second timer will start counting down. At the end of the timer you will fail and a short cutscene will play and it will reset the prep. Do this 5 times and the achievement will pop.

This is at the end of chapter 1 and it is immediately after you climb the ladder to get into the rocket.
What you are meant to do here is flick some switches and pull some levers to get going.
Instead, simply wait out the timer (Usually around 20-25 seconds) until you see a cut-scene of your rocket.. well.. Not taking off.
Simply wait and do this part 5 times until the achievement unlocks, then you can be on your way :)
Go to 17:05 to see how and where this unlocks.
