Deliver Us The Moon

In the second level after getting the audio log in the Sleeping Quarters, turn around and go to the other room(Rolf) and look into the telescope until a teddy bear floats by.

This is obtained in chapter 2 (Pearson Space Station).
Once you get into the central command area (Basically one round room, with seats in the middle and a monitor).
Head out of an exit, until you find something called "Ol Lybra" on the wall.. Go through the pipe here and down.
You will have to turn yourself the right way up using either or .
Once your the right way up, go to the right in the sleeping quarters, on the left you see Sarahs room which has an audio log in it.
On the right hand side door, is Rolfs room.
Head into Rolfs room, interact with the telescope there and wait until a cute little teddy bear floats on by.

Not too long into the game, once you've launched your rocket and followed the instructions to return the oxygen levels, follow the door underneath the computer screen you used to turn on the oxygen, head to the elevator room, then leave through the door labelled PYXIS and head into one labelled LYBRA, follow this until you reach the sleeping quarters, once inside head to the left into "Rolf's Room" and peer through his telescope for roughly 30 secs and then you'll see a teddy bear float by, this will net you the cheevo.
