You get this on the Moonhub while trying to get past the annoying ASE in the center of the room. After several runs, I figured out that if you start from a stop, you don't go fast enough between pillars to make it.
So what i did was start from the beginning and sprint into the room, past the first opening, around the corner and past the second opening. Stop there, because the timing won't let you make it through all three. Then back up as far as you can, and get a running start as you pass the third opening, and hopefully you should make it without getting zapped.
If you don't make it, just press load (and reload, and reload...). You'll start just outside the room again.
Edit: I'm not saying it's a perfect solution, but I got killed so many times trying to sprint from zero that I started timing a running start. This was frustrating.

You really don’t need to do all that. Simply stand at the first pillar (I stayed flush against them and the rail while I ran, not sure if that helped) and wait for the ASE light to turn off then hold LT and thumbstick to run forward to next pillar. Wait for it’s light to die down again and repeat. Go around corner and extract the battery and bleep bloop. Interestingly enough, I kept getting shocked when I ran into the room. Got it first try, just simply waiting between pillars.

This achievevement is so annoying. I've spent 15 minutes at least and can't even make it to the first pillar despite the tips -_-
Doesn't help that the load times are simply horrific for some reason.
Edit: fuck this I've tried every combo imaginable there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to how quickly it fires at you.

This is in the third chapter in the Crew Quarters. The code for the security room is 2032, now sneak past the laser. If you get hit the checkpoint should be right at the start of the door.

Mine isn't making a noise at all, it just remains silent whilst I wait in the corner and immediately tracks me when I move.

Here is my 100% Achievement Guide for Deliver Us The Moon!
This is located on chapter 3 (Copernicus Moonhub) and is a slight pain in the ass.
So, there is a rogue ASE in the middle of the room after you open the door (Code is 2032) and basically shocks you if you take too long.
Your job is to run from pillar to pillar (only 3 to do) get to the other side and take the canister out to shut him down.
Now, i tried sprinting until i got to the second one, tried another method, but what actually worked for me was....
Try and stay on the inside (Close to the ASE, Don't worry theres a rail there), this is IMPORTANT!
Rather than edge towards the ASE, then you sprint. I feel it was a lot more beneficial to actually back away a little bit, and then sprint past it. With that, you have more momentum to run past, rather than starting off slowly and getting shocked at the very end.
For the next part, i waited until the ASE completely died down. So once its green lasers power down, and he looks all powered down... Back up, then start your sprint towards the next pillar..
Doing that ensured me i did it first time!

Given how easy this game is, and how tight the timing is sprinting down the hallway, backing up to the stairs, and so on, I figured we must be missing something. Just hit Y to control your robot companion and fly it right into the laser turrets face, preferably positioned so that it blocks the shot just before you reach the first pillar. Then repeat for each pillar after that.
You'll still need to sprint, but the droid successfully blocked each shot making the circuit very straightforward. For the last one, just run close to the power cell and hit X.

How I did it after getting hit twice trying to get it. When you enter the room, you'll be behind cover. Slowly move forward so you can see the robot's lasers power up, then get back into your cover. It will power down and make a sound. Sprint to next cover using LT and do the same. Worked for me first time trying this method.
