You'll unlock this achievement after completing chapter 3 and collect the last audio log as you leave the outpost on the monorail
(Not sure if it's just all the audio logs in chapter 3. Or all the audio logs leading up to chapter 3. So I've posted all the ones leading up to the end of chapter 3 and in which chapter to find them. Just to be safe.)

The Mission 4/4 (Last Minute Check-Up)

The Blackout 1/8 (Descent)
The Blackout 3/8 (Preparations)
The Blackout 4/8 (Blackout)
Chapter 3.
The Blackout 5/8 (Arrival)
The Blackout 6/8 (Witnesses)
The Blackout 8/8 (Confrontation)
Sarah's Journey 1/5 (Departure)
Once you collect Sarah's Journey 1/5 (Departure) you'll unlock the achievement.

Just want to point out that whilst the video is 37 minutes long, it will take you over an hour as you have to spend 30 minutes outside.
