There are some HOPs which are quite easy where you just have to find a speific type of collectible, which are the easiest ones for this.
Unluckily the pc port of this game isn't very good so you often have to hit items very accurately.
This is probably why the allow 4 mistakes in this game while they normally want you to do one without any mistakes in their other games.
When have one that looks easy enough you can abuse your cloud save if you mess up.
Just quit the game and then close it before picking up anything in the HOP. This will upload your savegame to the cloud.
Then restart the game, load your save and do the HOP game, if you mess up delete the local savegame without closing the game to make the game sync back your cloud save when starting it up again.
