How to unlock the Darn flies achievement in Demon's Tier+ - Definitive Guide

Queen of the Flies is a base boss that will appear on the 3rd floor with an 80% chance. The boss is quite simple, it flies in a circle, shoots at you and periodically releases an egg, which turns into a small fly. Just run after him in a circle, shooting him, dodging attacks and periodically shooting hatched flies.

The only trophy that did not drop during the main playthrough. Depends on luck and how often you died on the first tier.
