The Cave Monster is a “rare” boss that has a 20% chance of appearing on the 3rd floor, with an 80% chance there will be a queen fly there. The boss is quite simple, stands in the center and spreads “shells” like a fan. Periodically, he will summon two small worms and start attacking you with large “balls”. Just dodge his attacks and shoot at the carcass, periodically shooting small worms as they crawl towards you.
