Similar to the Boost trophy, but this time focus on capturing systems. Capturing requires you to idle on the activation node while holding :L2: Typically the activation node is in a room adjacent to the System.
Once Captured, the System stays under your control for a period of time. For this trophy, you will need to have Captured each System at least once during the match.
You do NOT need to have all Systems activated simultaneously, and you don't need to worry about your ranking.
Again, the best route is to circle around the rooms and Capture each available System. The trophy will pop during the match as soon as you have Captured each System at least once.

To clarify the achievement description, you must be holding all systems simultaneously during any game. Each map typically has 4-5 systems, and they are captured almost instantly by holding 
on the capture point. Just be aware the capture point isn't always even in the same room as the system. Follow the line on the floor to find the capture point for each system.
In general this isn't too bad at all. Playing offline with bots is easy enough to do this. The bots will capture systems but they prioritize killing each other first, so there is a little luck involved here since you'll die so often and won't be able to actually defend the systems. What's best is finding the increased movement speed boost to make you move very quickly. If you focus on this achievement solely then you should be able to do it within a few attempts (i.e. laps around the map) by just rushing to each capture point over and over and continually grabbing them. Eventually the bots will be shooting each other and you'll end up with all systems, and the achievement will unlock immediately.
