-( Story related, cannot be missed )-
The puzzles leading up to this involve you making the launch a success, knocking Goal off the Organon cruiser, reviving Goal, and then contacting Cletus to let him know about Goal. After you've contacted him, you need to touch back with Goal. Return to the Emergency Station to find her missing. Instead, you'll be caught and need to escape. Use one of the kittens you've obtained from the Post Office on the nearby tree to change the Inspector/Doctor to Firefighter. The cell will shift as well, allowing you to slide down and get out. Goal is instead at Wenzel's, where you'll find her in the basement. To elude the Organon forces, use the dowsing rod to lock the door and allow you time to escape.
