In Chapter 3. When you are with Goal in the pod at the end and she's peddling. Pick the middle conversation option every time until you exit the pod.

While on the shuttle back to Elysium with the mind-wiped Goal, you will be costumed as Cletus. Any and all chance you get, choose the middle options to try and tell Goal the truth. She may not like it, but if you like Goal enough, you will tell her about her empty memories, the Organon plot, and who you really are.

Missable!

Near the end of the game, you will be in a small boat with Goal rowing. Always choose the middle conversation option to unlock this trophy.

You can miss the trophy!
At the end, when we row to Elysium, in the conversation we choose only the middle answer, telling the truth.
