How to unlock the Get the gang together achievement in Descenders - Definitive Guide
You earn crew members by earner Rep, doing tricks. You earn your first crew member once you have earned 1000 Rep with one Ride session. Second is earned 3k later once you get 4000, third is earned 5k later once you reach 9000 total for the session/ride.
You have to get a perk from all three of the different crew members, meaning you must have a BLUE, GREEN, AND YELLOW perk. The easiest way to notice this is if you have multiple Green perks, for example, you will only see a single crew member's face on the loading screens.
Getting 1000 points per level is about average for me, but try and pick stunt centric levels and should be able to get it in a single environment. Obviously you need to get to 9k and usually want to do that before dusk (7-8 nodes) so you'll need about 1500 a level if you start on Peaks.
You must not end the session by getting Rekt OR Retiring at the end of a level, you have to finish through the Peaks environment to finish the session. You can use the shortcut and start at Peaks, still counts!
Awaiting confirmation that it also unlocks when you click X -> End Session at the completion of any Boss Level.

I can confirm what Spakon wrote. It has to be the final level of a campaign.
While I can't confirm this since I got the achievement on a "start to finish" run, I don't think you need to beat all of the levels (Highlands through Peaks) for it to count. I think that you could technically meet the requirements by starting a run on Peaks, getting all three crew members (green, yellow, blue) and beating the Peaks boss jump.
One of the reasons I think this is that if you look at the Xbox Stats for this game it keeps track of the times you've completed the game. Currently it says that I've completed it twice. I've beaten the Peaks boss jump twice. Once on a start to finish run and once on a run I started at Peaks.

Achievement is now patched, also worth noting that you can earn the achievement using the Peaks shortcut.

I earned this achievement yesterday (11/1/21)) by starting at Highlands and accumulating a green, yellow and blue crew member as I played. I REKT on the first course in Peaks and that's when my achievement popped. I did not have to complete Peaks.

Crew members are the perks you gain by scoring rep points in a Career or Career+ session. There are three different crew members, each with their own set of perks:
- The green crew member has perks that improve bike mechanics, such as more powerful bunny hops or reducing off-road friction
- The yellow crew member has perks that change variables of tracks, such as fewer obstacles or less curves
- The blue crew member has perks that add various abilities and effect world maps, such as scouting out far away special tracks or showing a compass on the HUD that points to the finish line
All that is needed is one perk from each category by the end of the career session. Depending on how much rep is scored, it is easy to obtain five to ten perks in a single session, so getting one from each is not difficult. The most challenging aspect to this achievement is actually completing one full session (highlands to peaks in career mode or desert to glaciers in career+). See "The Golden Run" for general tips.
