How to unlock the Watch Out Below! achievement in Desperados III - Definitive Guide
You can get this achievement very quickly in the introductory mission. Soon after you're instructed to tie up and hide a body, you'll be told to sneak up to a crane and drop its load to kill 3 enemies. If you make a quick save right before interacting with the crane, you can simply repeat the triple kill 17 times to pop this.
The environment is represented by some interactable object that can be used to kill enemies. These take different forms depending on the level but they include things like boulders, fallen sides of buildings, dropping crates on an enemy, cutting loose supports, ect.
There are typically 1-3 environmental potential kill areas per mission depending on the size and length of the map. For reference this came naturally in mission 10 without farming it out. You could easily make a save before using the environment to kill an enemy, kill them, load, and repeat until it pops.

You will most likely earn this trophy naturally while going for the other trophies. There will be plenty of opportunities throughout the missions to get kills using the environment (e.g.: rocks, crates, animals,...). You should really make use of it since enemies won't sound the alarm when investigating these "accidental" deaths.
Note: Statistics like these are almost instantly updated. This means you can create a save, get a bunch of kills and then reload your save. You might want to wait 5 seconds or so for the game to properly register this information.

Accidents that do not raise the alarm are counted, for example, a horse kicked, a boulder/trolley fell, something else crushed it, etc.
