Choose a mission with Isabelle place yourself next to a guard and save.

Choose her skill to mind control a guard with cn_LB and do it.

When the guard is under control no need to wait, you can already reload your save and do it again.

Isabelle can take control of enemies for the price of one health bar. This mechanic will be introduced during the ninth mission, "Louisiana Voodoo". While she uses mind control she will be vulnerable, so make sure to leave her somewhere safe.

You will most likely earn this trophy naturally while going for the other trophies. If you haven't, you can always replay any mission that contains Isabelle.

Note: Statistics like these are almost instantly updated. This means you can create a save, use up all of your mind controls and then reload your save. You might want to wait 5 seconds or so for the game to properly register this information.
