The Mall is available in the tenth area and the first opportunity you'll have at this is level 120. The wet floor areas are the sliding sections of the level. Simply make your way through 10 and you'll get this. You don't have to get this in one level as this is cumulative.

As you run in The Mall, you will inevitably slide across wet floors. Once you do this ten times, this achievement will be unlocked. The good thing is that you do not have to do all ten slides in a single run.
