This is very easy just do as it says: Finish the tutorial. All you have to do is keep playing until the achievement pops. It took me about 5-10 minutes.
Edit: If you happen to import from the other save where you already completed the tutorial, the achievement should automatically spawn although I don't know for sure. And the tutorial is the part of the game that you play in the beginning so after playing a few levels with the help of the guided assistance, you should get this achievement.

If you import save from WP version how can I replay the tutorial?

I'm not 100% sure but I believe that once you import your save from the WP version, the achievements for the Windows 8 version should just pop up. But if you don't seem to be getting the tutorial achievement, then you might have to unlink your save and just manually play through the tutorial again.
