First you need to purchase Grus Rocket from the Store with Bananas. (2500 I think)
Then simply keep picking up the power up whenever you see it in-game and after 50 ding achievement unlocked!

Gru's Rocket is a Power-up which you need to buy from the shop. I believe it cost 500 bananas, but I did it so long ago so if someone could confirm, that would be awesome.
Look out for the Rocket and run in to it to activate it. Use it 50 times to unlock the achievement.
Every achievement is trackable in this game by looking at the white bar next to the achievement name. The higher the line, the closer you are. You can track them in the 'Achievements' section from in the Jelly Lab however, they seem to be more accurate when you use tap the Fruit tab and go across to the in-game achievements tab. Note that there are 48 here but only 20 are Xbox Live achievements.

This will probably come by playing through the game. You will come across plenty of Gru's Rockets to earn this achievement.
If you want to grind this out, level 13 requires you to use Gru's Rocket in order to progress. If you decide to go this route, I recommend doing so before you unlock too many power-ups.
