Easiest to do in a private lobby with a friend. Make sure to tick on friendly fire before starting the game. Select Armageddon on Turnipseed Farm. Find a car while in the UFO, and then pick it up with RB. Fly as low as you can, and throw it at your friend.
Might as well kill your friend too, to unlock the Supreme Firepower achievement for killing someone while in the UFO
