How to unlock the Treasure Hunter achievement in Destroy All Humans! - Clone Carnage - Definitive Guide
This requires to get the target for most dna on each map of abduction. Each target has three random location’s on the maps.
Map 1 is the agent, Map 2 is the Radioactive cow, Map 3 is the Mayor, Map 4 Marine Warlord, Map 5 is General Armquist, Map 6 is the President.
They all rotate spawns and are always close to the abduction beam. They will never be across the map in spots were the beam wont spawn.
Hope this helps since is the most random achievement that took a while to find. I would write the locations for each but never found them consistently to confirm.

If you played the main game it tells you. Its not that hard to tell since there is only one npc like him.

If you don't have a boosting partner and are trying to get this legit, keep in mind. The online community for this game is incredibly stupid and normally don't know wtf they're doing. It is very frustrating having them cycle through characters for 5 minutes while you wait for them to ready up. But here's my guide, if you plan on doing this against randoms.
First things first. If you want to make this less stressful, load up a local game and play through each map and get a feel for the level and what the special targets look like. If you find someone who looks like they might be your target, throw him in the beam and if you get 15+ points, you're correct, that is in fact your special target. The spawns of these targets is completely random and unlike what the other guide said, they don't ever seem to spawn near the beam. Once you feel comfortable enough waiting in an online lobby for randoms, the fun begins.
Since this can only be unlocked in Online Multiplayer, we're going to go there. Go to Create Game Room, select the map you need, then Mode to Coop Abduction. Also friendly fire off. Now you wait for anybody to join your game and ready up. If there are multiple people in your lobby but only one is ready'd up, kick the others and start the game. This will prevent you from a lot of useless waiting around.
Make sure you select unlimited skate, when choosing your abilites and such. You can skate, by double tapping B and holding it. You can skate also while holding onto targets, and jetpacking. Make use of this when carrying your target across the map, as you don't have much time.
Turnipseed Farm: You're looking for the special agent in this level. You will know it's him because you will see a RED ! above his head. He will also be holding a weapon, and yelling at you. Once you have identified your target, press RB to pick him up, and bring him to the beam. Once you're close enough to the beam, look up at it, hold RB, then release. You should send him flying, so don't miss. You can't shoot your targets very far so make sure you're close enough. I have found him walking on the road, by an old shed, down on the dock by the lake, in the field. All over the place.
Rockwell: You're looking for a radioactive cow in this level. This one is quite simple, just fly around until you find a green radioactive cow. It was in a fenced in area on a hill, outside of the theme park. It may be best to look for places where a cow might actually be staying.
Santa Modesta: You're looking for the Mayor. He is one of two people who will be walking around the map. He is the guy in the white suit. Find him, and throw him in the beam. He was found for me walking on the sidewalk near the houses.
Area 42: This one is a bit difficult identifying who you need to catch. But you're looking for General Armquist. He looks different from the other soldiers and will have some dialogue when you get near him. Throw any special looking targets into the beam who look like they'd be a military general and keep an eye out for the 15+ points. I found him in the area you start in, next to an aircraft.
Union Town: You're looking for the Marine Warlord. I personally found this one to be the hardest. He is a casual looking person in a black suit. I found him near where you start the level, walking on a sidewalk by himself. UPDATE: I found him in the same exact spot 2 games in a row. Once you spawn, turn right, fly over the houses until you get to the road. Turn left, staying on the road, get through the construction, then the first road that turns right, to a dead end, he is standing next to a building on the sidewalk, right side.
Capitol City: You're looking for the President. He will be wearing a black suit. He will also have some dialogue when you get near him so keep an ear out for that. I found him once behind a building to the north, trying to hide and a second time in the yard next to a building in the east. He's scared of you and will try running away. He was located both times by me, near one of the buildings closest to where the beam stays.

The other guide lists off the required targets and mentions that their spawns are super random. That is 100% true. It's hard to make a guide for this.
I just wanted to confirm something that might really trip people up on the 3rd stage "Santa Modesta."
The special target for that stage is the Mayor. There will always be a dude in a black outfit that spawns on a dock outside of the city, this is not the mayor. I don't know why he spawns, it's the only other human on the map. The mayor will just kinda be walking around somewhere in a tan outfit.
So, if you keep trying that guy and get confused, just know that there is someone else you need to find instead!
