Just upgrade the heck out of your Death Ray (shields help too if since you're going to attract attention) and let loose on buildings. Make sure to spray them, staying in one spot seems to make it take longer.

Do this during the last mission of Sunnywood where you have to drop the flyers from your saucer. No enemies will spawn so you will have free reign over the city.

Upgrade the deathray to make this quicker.
