Shen Long - Use the bowling ball to bowl over at least 3 monks with a single throw. Go down the stairs from the masters palace place until you come to a square court yard with a group of monks practicing their forms. Jump to the right corner by some rock is the bowling ball PK it and go towards the group of monks raise the ball slightly off the ground then throw.( This video is mine i created it and i hope it helps!!) the video below shows you how to get all the DAHM achievements

when u leave the temple for the first time go down the square were all the monks are and turn right and u will find a brownish ball PK it and bring it up onto the square court yard, and hit three monks with it at once!

what i did was freeze time line up 3 monks, and then push the ball while in stop time mode!
