How to unlock the Proctologist achievement in Destroy All Humans Path of the Furon - Definitive Guide

The Anal Probe will be the second weapon you will receive in the game. Just walk around shooting probes at everyone. Make sure that the probe ammunition is what kills the human so that it will add it to the kill count.
P.S. I always got a good laugh when Crypto would sing "Moon River" as he was shooting the probes.

So the probe must cause DNA to pop out from a human for it to count? Thanks.

Yeah it has to be kills. There's a stats screen in game that has kill counts.
