Story related, unmissable. In mission 02 you'll learn how to use your holobob. When covert, press Y on a human target to scan it.

Here is my 100% Achievement guide and full walkthrough so you don't miss a thing.
This is unmissable.
In level 2, you learn how to use your holoblob.
This is done by pressing and holding the
button on a human.
When the disguise starts to run out, make sure to find another human and again, press on him or her to keep your disguise going.
A quick note, dont use the holoblob unless your hidden.. if someone sees you, the police are alerted and you have to run or gun.

Mission 2: Rockwell
This mission teaches you about the holobob.
whilst aiming at a human, assumes their identity. When you reach the second guy, who is basically dogging, aim at him and press 
. Assuming your disguise didn't already start to be lost, you can unlock this early.
If you fail the mission early, but at least reaching the gates, you'll spawn in Holobob, you can press whilst aiming at the cop by the car on oppostie side of the road to unlock this.
