This achievement is the first one to earn. Do not leave the area with Megan standing at the far side of the room. As the achievement description states, you must find all the hidden story items in Megan’s office area.
Items:
E-book on Megan’s Sofa
The newspaper on the table
A book called “Being more effective” on the table
The toy car by the fax machine
Next to the PC, there is a photo frame
PC - there are 4 emails total (read them all)[/LIST]

This trophy is missable, but luckily it's also very easy to get. The very first room you have a chance to walk around in is Megan's office, and you need to inspect six items before leaving:
1) Picture on the desk
2) Toy Car
3) Computer (read all of Megan's emails)
4) Newspaper
5) eBook near the sofa
6) Book on the desk
To inspect an item, look at it and press the square button. Megan will keep urging you to hurry up, but make sure you inspect all the items before you go because you cannot come back to her office.
