How to unlock the Acquaintances Forgotten achievement in DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION - Definitive Guide
Walkthrough:
Part One:
Jensen must meet with Pritchard in his office first, before going up to Sarif's penthouse after coming back from the FEMA facility. Then Sarif will most likely be the third dialogue challenge the player attempts, after Zeke Sanders and Wayne Haas.
Jensen can either appease the confident, assertive CEO by insisting he needs the information to help his boss, put the focus directly on the backdoor tunnel and claim it as a dire security matter, or go on the defensive, asserting that with his service (especially on this particular day), he deserves to know and Sarif should not hide any security secrets from him. With the Social Enhancer augmentation, Jensen can also threaten to quit, alarming Sarif's Alpha personality. If successful, Sarif will spill everything and even forward the emails from the private investigator to Jensen.
A surefire method without any extra benefits from the social enhancer is to choose the Refocus option three times, politely and efficiently keeping the subject on the backdoor access, despite Sarif's attempts to change the subject or distract Jensen by semi-goading Jensen. After the third Refocus option, Sarif will be leaning on the back of his chair. Choose Defend for the fourth and final chance. If you have the social enhancer, David's persuasion will rise the first two Refocus options, and drop a bit on the third. The Defend option will raise it back up and score the information. When you are finished with the succusful dialog challange you will unlock this achevement.
YOU MUST return to Jensen's office to READ THE EMAILS sent to Sarif from Brent Radford. If this is not done the second part of the quest WILL NOT TRIGGER upon the return to Detroit. The emails cannot be read after the return because the Sarif building will be locked out due to the riots.
This part of the quest is over for now, though the player will learn some intriguing details from the private detective's emails.
Part Two:
Once the player returns to Detroit from meeting with Eliza Cassan, Pritchard will contact Jensen at the Convention Center and set off the second phase of the quest.
Upon arriving at Radford's apartment however, Jensen will find an armed suit that must be dealt with, and a severely wounded Radford. Radford will refuse to speak with Jensen until Jensen retrieves a trauma kit in the closet and give Radford a shot of morphine. It turns out the detective is another purist who despises augmentation, and though he's ultimately willing to cooperate, he has nothing but disdain for the "robot", Jensen.
Radford will direct Jensen to his storage locker, and to find a woman named Michelle Walthers for further answers. Then he will ask Jensen to euthanize him - he recognizes his wound is serious and even if he survives, he will likely become a paraplegic. Refusing to either get augmented as he despises augmentation or live for the rest of his life in a wheelchair, Radford would rather die whole and needs Jensen to do it as he can't do it himself.
Jensen can either bully Radford into living, convince him that life would still be worth living, or convince him that augmentation isn't that bad and even the robotic Jensen is still human. Keeping Radford alive at this point is strictly optional. Euthanizing Radford will grant the achievement
and will NOT count against the Pacifist achievement.
Radford's security locker is in the alley near the police station. Several armed men in black will be there and must be dealt with; however, police are nearby as there has been rioting in Detroit, and if they hear any gunfire they will become hostile. At this point, the quest comes to an end unless Jensen can hack the safe (or uses the code 4062) in the locker where he retrieves a few photographs of his baby self. It is also necessary to hack the computer (level 3) or password *sparky* and read the last email.
Next Jensen must track down the mysterious Michelle Walthers. Upon reaching her apartment, he finds that she is a nice but senile elderly woman, who mistakes the heavily augmented Jensen for a Meals on Wheels deliveryman. Jensen will play nice and pretend that he is talking about someone else, but he will need the baby photos to proceed.
Personal note:
I found the rated solution not as helpful. Really does not give any walk through info. Also doesn't even tell you about the other two achievements that you can get, a long with not affecting "The Pacifist" achievement if you are also working on that as well.
None of this is my work I took it straight from the source here. I did however tweak it a little bit.

Credit to SoulyDconte for the lvl 3 computer password.
After that is completed you will depart to China, don't worry about this quest there. After your business is completed you will fly back. When you return to Detroit you will be contacted by Pritchard again on your way to a primary objective and it will initiate this side quest. Go through the objectives and complete it and you will unlock the achievement.
Please note, this mission is a tad tricky to initiate. In order to activate it you need to do the following:
1.) Once you get back from the FEMA facility, you need to talk with Prichard BEFORE speaking with Sarif.
2.) You need to obtain this trophy during your conversation with Sarif
3.) After you get Sarif to spill his beans, you need to go to your personal computer (Security Office) and read the emails he sent over.
After all that is done you will briefly speak with Prichard again. Then just continue on with the game (go to Hengsha, then Picus Communications).
Upon your return to Detroit, Prichard will contact you as you make your way to the first primary objective. He will go on about Taggert and his aide, and then, at the tail end of that discussion this side mission will be initiated.
Complete the objectives, and VIOLA! Trophy obtained.
If you have any further questions, or if anything is unclear, please leave a comment below.
Highly Missable! Completion of Yes Boss and checking your Office’s Email in Sarif HQ after Sarif's Social Battle is a pre-requisite to obtaining this Sidequest. It is given automatically when you return to Detroit by Pritchard.
Walkthrough:
Pritchard tells you to visit an Ex-Detective named Brent Radford. His apartment is beside the Basketball Court, the same building as the MCB hideout. Enter to find a man standing over a wounded Radford. Disable him. Speak with Radford and he’ll ask you to find his Trauma Kit in the wardrobe. Find it, and apply a dose of morphine to temporarily relieve his pain. He’ll tell you that you should look into his storage behind the bank/near the Police Station for more info, and that you should pay Michelle Walters a visit.
Before you leave him, he asks that you put him out of his misery with a Lethal Injection. If you choose to do so, you’ll unlock Kevorkian Complex , this does not affect Pacifist.
First head to the Storage. There are 3 guys outside, 2 of them close to each other. Silent methods are advised as the police are just around the corner and will respond to any loud shots. Wait for the one in the back to finish his teleconversation and walk out of sight. Take down the 2 that are close together, then the 3rd guy. Another goon is in the storage with his back to you. Knock him out and hack the PC and Safe. Read all the emails to learn of Jensen's past then grab the Photos in the safe.
Next, follow your objective marker to Michelle Walters and show her the photos. Extract everything you can from her and leave. A call to Pritchard and the quest is complete, trophy unlocked.
*Save*
While in Detroit for the 2nd time, Pritchard will be in contact with you as you walk around and he'll inform you that you should go meet Brent Radford.
Head over to his apartment and head into the bedroom. Make sure you don't get caught by the guard and take him down. You'll now spot Brent dying on the floor in the bathroom. Strike a conversation with him and he'll ask you to find his medic pack. Agree and exit the bathroom. Look in the corner of the closet to your left as you exit and you'll see it on the floor.
Head back to Brent and administer a dose of morphine to him. Each time he asks for another does, apply some more. Once you have all the information you need, Brent will ask for one more dose to kill him. Don't worry this does not void the 'Pacifist' achievement, so go ahead and give him the last dose. Once he dies, the 'Kevorkian Complex' achievement will unlock.
After this carry on with the side mission. You'll now need to go to a lock up and find the last bit of evidence Brent informed you about. Make a save here then takedown the 3 guards outside without getting caught. Now read the 5 emails on the PC and look at the evidence in the safe. Now that you've searched the safe, do the follow up objective by seeing Michelle Walters and the achievement will unlock.
-You need to talk to Brent Redford (former cop) during the quest Motherly Care
-Talk to Pritchard before meeting David Sarif after the Highland Park mission (FEMA)
-It is necessary to “split” Sarif during a conversation (achievement Yes, Boss )
-Immediately after the first conversation with the Boss, read the email on Adam’s work computer
- After returning from the FEMA base, we go to Sharif and talk to him (1 time!!!)
- Next we go to Adam’s office and talk to Pritchard
- We return to Sharif and talk to him again (here you need to split him, trophy “Yes, Boss”)
- We go to Adam’s office again and read the mail on the computer
At the exit from the office, Pritchard will be waiting for you and will exchange a few phrases with you. If this dialogue took place, then a little later Pritchard will give you the quest “Old Acquaintances”.
