How to unlock the Good Samaritan achievement in DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION - Definitive Guide

This is for completing a secondary (light blue) objective that comes as you travel through the ships container area, when you come to the hold that has a gantry and containers that have moved due to the stormy weather, its fairly straight forward to unlock. When you're at the bottom of the hold go down as far as you can go into the room below the containers and you should see a stasis pod thats flashing red, as you stand looking at the stasis pod turn around and behind the stasis pods your looking at you theres a door, go throught the door and you'll find two crates that you can move, once you've moved them go through the gap and you'll see an intact stasis Powercell and an ammo upgrade, take both, go back to the pod with the red flashing light and press X to use the powercell

Obtained for fixing the stasis pod which is a secondary objective. All you need to do is wait until a secondary quest pops up saying something about hearing a loud noise. Follow the objective marker to a broken stasis pod which is missing a power cell. In a room connected to the one with the pod in there is a stack of crates two of which can be moved to allow you to get to a spare power cell in the corner. Merely pick this up and take it back to the broken pod. Done.

I will link a great video guide so you can easily obtain this trophy. I don't think I could explain any better than what the guy in the video does.

Missable! This is the 1st the Side Quest: Acceptable Losses. It's available after you feel an explosion go off on the cargo ship. You most find the cause of the disturbance by jumping down through the hold on floor in the ship's cargo room. After jumping down below you'll find a storage area filled with stasis pods. One of the stasis pods (Stasis Pod 73) had its electronic servers damaged. If you wish to save whoever is inside the pod you must fix the damaged stasis pod. You can do this by turning around to find a red double door. Inside the red double doors, move the two crates in the room out of your way and in the back corner you'll find a new stasis power supply that's next to a Reload Speed Upgrade. Grab the stasis power supply and return back to the stasis pod and connect it to the electronic server supply to save the occupant's life, thus unlocking your trophy. Video credit goes to PragPD.

When you get to a large area with crates and ladders everywhere, you should have a blue side quest marker on screen. Follow it to discover a broken power supply on a stasis pod. Turn around and enter the storage room. Move the two crates that are in your way for a Reload Speed upgrade and a new power supply. Go back to the stasis pod and put the power supply in, and the achievement will unlock.

Almost at the very beginning you will be given a side quest, the essence of which is to go down and check the cryochamber. After you discover that the camera is damaged, go to the next room with the elevator, there will be the required quest item behind the boxes, take it, complete the task - the trophy is yours.
