DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION

When you are in a Completely White room you will be close to the area, but first you need to go down the elevator, push the button and wait for door to open to the left, as soon as you go through the door turn left towards the double doors look left again and move the box blocking the crawlspace, Now to do this you need A hacking level 5 (Capture 5) and hopefully by this point you have a number of Nukes and Stop Worms you can use to hack the Terminal, my advice would be to hack the right side of the Node web. Finally after you have hacked it your achievement will unlock.

When you have rounded up Megan and her team, eventually you will have to open the hanger bay roof to allow an extraction - whack those bad boys open - wait for the door on your left to open and proceed down the stairs....now the next bit is very important turn exactly through 92 and a half degrees to the left (you cant say im not precise) Walk 3 paces forward and look to your left (again just over 92 degrees) and pick up the crate, move said crate, crawl into the space behind.....if theres any confusion as to what to do next, please don't hesitate to ask

Hangar 18 (Secret)

In addition to the other solutions, especially concerning the location:

--Minor spoilers, but nothing precise considering the story line--

This is pretty late in the game. After fighting the 3rd Boss, you'll proceed into a almost perfectly white room and a cutscene starts. After the cutscene, you have to use an elevator in that room and you will end up in a control room with a button. Press it and the door to the left will be opened after a short while. Go down the stairs and turn left twice. Remove the box and enter the secret room.

The Level 5 hack can be completed like described in the video of British Legends with using Nukes (I needed 9 nukes to get the bonus xp and captured level 3 and below nodes without the use of nukes - you may need less if you only want to complete the hack) or can be avoided by using an automatic unlocking device like stated by Howlle.

AUDs are included in preorder and special editions or in both of the dlc packs containing parts of the preorder packages (containing at least the grenade launcher, explosion device, tong-bonusmission and AUDs).

The last option without enough nukes, AUDs or the ability to hack level 5 stuff, would be the use of the password "trnsprt" as stated by Traitors Gambit, although I do not know if you'll get that "legit" in the game, at least I did not find it.
