btw guys in order to get the option charm you must press the LB to activate some other options << must have the (SOCIAL ENHANCER Augmentation)

You find this quest in the LIMB clinic by talking to Dr. Wing (in the lobby, to the left of the desk). He will ask if you are Adam Jensen, and then you have to engage him in conversation, after which you get the secondary mission marker. This is the only mission that you do not get a notification for.

@General Arcane Bullshit, when u speak to Dr. Wing in the Limb Clinc than u get the Tailon A.D. Sidequest
+ this is a Sidequest not a Secondary Mission + this is not the only quest than u have to pick up manualy --> Cloak & Daggers

It would indeed be useful to have information about where you get this quest, since it can be confusing with the warning that you'll abandon side quests when you go to TYM.

From what I've read, you get automatically contacted by Hugh Darrow on your second visit to Hengsha to start this quest. Therefore it is well after you go to TYM.

may i suggest that u add wher this mission is accesssable rather than saying complete this mission achievement will unlock then the only reason people dv is because there douche bags !! thumbs up from me though as i already knew where to get this

I haven't negged you but this guide REALLY needs to say in which hub world and how far into the game you get this. I'm doing a pacifist runthrough and PRAXIS points are scarce - wasting them on Social Enhancement aug too early could be a bad move. That's all I'm saying is why people are negging you tbh.

The only serious reason I can think someone would vote negatively would be because you haven't mentioned when and where you can get this quest. Just about to go to TYM in my first visit to China and it's warned me that I'll fail any sidequests I haven't completed if I go, am I safe to do so?

This is the only thing stopping me voting positively but I'd only ever vote negative if a solution were misleading or awfully written and this definitely isn't either. Don't take it to heart - I've had some negatives for no reason but the site needs people like you to keep helping the rest of us regardless, god knows why someone would want to discourage people from doing what the site is mainly for!

Hey King fi ShiZ, just to help you out i'll give you a thumbs up because I hate people giving thumbs down for no apparent reason at all, half of this community is rather extremely disgusting in regards to thumbing down.

But anyways, I read what you wrote to Tank Force UK, he is right in a way that you should put in "press LB" but it looks like you already did so that's great! :)

Why? Well because if someone reaches this point in the game, and then decides to get the social enhancer augmentation since you mentioned they need it, and since they are just using it the first time, they might not know how to use it (even though "I know I know" it's common sense) but your job should be to write a solution to all types of people not just the smart ones and our society loves to punish more than reward if that makes sense.

We also live in a world where if you solution is incorrect or difficult in ANY possible way people will try to make you suffer if you waste their time and in this case they thumbs down you it's really stupid I know.

I myself try to provide as much details as possibly so if anyone gets stuck at any point they will be fine but then again it's rather impossible without reviewers to make your solution perfect for everyone.

Also, keep in mind that now days people have internet on their phones so I believe anyone who has the TA app on their phone cannot view pictures or links? They can just view text so to avoid anyone giving you a thumbs down make sure you backup pictures or youtube videos with text, don't just state "press LB and you get the achievement".

But then again they can just use the internet browser versus the app but that will take them longer and they might get frustrated, who knows what goes through people's minds when they thumbs down. :(
