This opportunity takes place during Mission 7; after riding up a large elevator shaft and beginning a conversation with Talos Rucker. I highly recommend making a manual save before this conversation to ensure a back-up save just in case the conversation takes a wrong turn.

Once I reached him, I chose the options Patronize - Justify - Justify - Turn Tables in order to end the conversation on a positive note and win the debate. There are multiple ways to accomplish this, and not one unique solution. If you have the social enhancer, your goal is to steer the conversation so that it ends with Rucker in the positive. Upon completion of the 5 minute conversation, the achievement will unlock.

Keep in mind, the conversation can start in different ways based on your playstyle. The above solution works for most playstyles, but focuses on stealth approaches.

Near the end of Mission 7 (The Rucker Extraction) you will face Talos Rucker. This will be one of the central debates in the game and in order to win it you have to watch your social enhancer closely and bring him to the point where he will turn himself in.
