I found myself in an unusual position here. On the Helipad, I sided with Meija and then shot him in the leg with the Stun Gun. I didn't realise until I got on the plane and the achievement didn't unlock that, for some reason, this shot KILLED Meija and voided both this achievement and the Winners Don't Use Drugs (or Biocells) achievement too.

I reloaded my save, backed off and shot Meija in the head instead. The ZZZ appeared next to him and THEN the achievements unlocked during the escape cutscene. Just in case anyone else wonders what the hell happened here. Try a cheeky reload...

Missable

Once again, a no-kill trophy. This time round, there's no corresponding trophy for no-alarms so you can breathe a sigh of relief. To avoid killing anyone simply use non-lethal takedowns, the stun gun or the tranquiliser rifle. If you're playing a no-augs playthrough (see Winners Don't Use Drugs (or Biocells)), you won't be able to do takedowns, so you will have to rely on the stun gun or tranquiliser rifle.

Take care not to accidentally cause the death of any humans, which will count against the trophy. Destroying robots, drones, cameras and turrets will not void this trophy, and neither will setting off alarms. If the AI kills another AI that won't affect this trophy. If the AI kills another AI that you previously rendered unconscious, it will void the trophy.

If you did it correctly the trophy will pop during the end-game cutscene.

This achievement will require that you complete the entire add-on without ever having killed a single individual. Unfortunately, unlike the System Rift DLC, A Criminal Past is fairly lengthy and there are several instances where you will find yourself in a tight spot with enemy forces blocking your path to the objective.

On top of this, if you are stacking the "Winners Don't Use Drugs (or Biocells)" achievement on this playthrough, you won't have access to any of your non-lethal augmentations and you won't even be able to perform takedowns. There are, however, a few gadgets and equipment items to deal with hostiles non-lethally (Stun Gun, EMP Grenade, etc.) if absolutely needed, but you shouldn't have to rely on that.

Much like the base game, avoiding contact altogether and sneaking past enemies is the optimal method to get this done. If you do choose to knock out enemies out with a Stun Gun (one can be found in the Maintenance Shed in between Cell Blocks A and B), just remember that a "ZZZ" icon means they're unconscious and the red "Skull" icon means they're dead. This achievement will unlock during the final cutscene provided you did not kill any enemies during the narrative.

NOTE: Hostiles that die by the AI (not your hand) will not void the achievement. So, if, during your playthrough, the prisoners and guards are killing each other, don't worry about it.

There will be cases when prisoners who seem peaceful to you can kill guards when you point them at each other. This does not affect this trophy - you can safely use help =)

My trophy fell out at the end during a conversation with a psychologist, when I replied that I had let Mejia go.
