Oddly enough, it actually didn't unlock for me the first time through. Luckily I had a save from not long before it that I was able to use and it popped the second time.

I skipped through the cut scene using button "B". Because of this I missed the achievement. Load another save file and watch the cut scene. Then you will get this achievement.
