Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Achievement/Trophy Guide - Samizdat

When you finish mission 5 and after you have finished with smiley, on your way out of the underground base you will be stopped by a man who needs your help with some hackers, accept the quest and head down to building 33.

On the top floor of the building you need to hack your way into the apartment then the computer and access the messanger tab to talk to the hacker on the other end. You need to choose the Inquire and Question options for the hacker to give you his location for the meet-up.

Make your way over to question the hacker and he will ask for your help in repayment for leaving your guys alone. You must now sneak over the the bank on the otherside of town and get into the CEO's office. The best way to do this is to use the cloak augment to pass through the laser grid and past the guards. When you reach the CEO's office you are looking for a folder containing information, this is behind the puzzle you see on the table.
Press X or Sqaure to raise and hold X or Square to rotate. The puzzles soloution is;
Raise > Turn > Raise > Turn > Turn > Raise

Once you get inside the secret office hack the safe and steal the folder from it and return to K, the hacker. He will then ask you to help him with a sat dish so follow the waypoint marker to the dish and take the lift next to the building up to the roof and do so. After hacking it you will get the achievement/trophy and a new side quest will unlock later in the game.

You can do this before mission 5.
I went into the office for the fist time. Found the dude in the server room and he gave me the mission. finished before Mission 4.

This achievement requires completing the side mission named Samizdat.

To get this mission talk to Chang, who is upstairs in the TF29 headquarters. He will ask you to check out an apartment. Break in, and hack the terminal. Use the messenger app to find out where the Samizdat is based, and head into the sewers.

Talk to K, and agree to help him dig up dirt on Picus. Head to the Palisades Bank, and carefully make your way to the CEO's office, knocking out guards and deactivating security as you make your way to the third floor. Once in the CEO's office, find the Water Report tucked in the bottom of the desk on the right, and then head back to K.

Head to the transmitter and hack it, and the mission will be complete, and the achievement will unlock.

Here is my Video for the Samizdat Achievement containing No Alerts and No Kills whilst inside the bank. To obtain the mission, simply speak to Chang inside the TF29 Headquarters in Prague.

There is also a hidden room in the CEOs office with a dossier about the airliner crash that will count, as well as a praxis kit and other goodies. I couldn't figure out the mechanical puzzle by the fake door to get in, but there is a vent hidden behind the left hand TV (you'll need the jump augmentation to get up there). Go through it, into another room and look up to see a vent. Go through this and you'll end up in the safe room

During M4, talk to Chang on Level 2 of TF29 HQ. He’ll task you to investigate a hack into Praha Dovoz and you’ll get a new Side Mission SM05: Samizdat. Head to the quest marker at 33 Hlavni, up the stairs at the far end and enter the apartment on the top floor. Hack the laptop in the room to the right and open the Messenger. Choose Stall > Inquire to get the location of K in the sewers. For this mission you need to cooperate with Samizdat and perform a couple of favors for them instead of resorting to threats/violence. This mission must be completed before leaving Prague for Switzerland (Story Mission M13).

Follow the quest marker to the Davny District the sewers into a large area with a heavy crate blocking your way. You can either move the crate using Optimized Musculature Arms augmentation, or with the Leg Augmentation jump up to the ledge on your left and circle around. Speak with K and agree to help them snag some dirty secrets.

You’ll need to obtain said dirty secrets from the CEO/CTO office on the 3rd floor of the Palisade Property Bank. You can obtain an elevator keycard from the offices on the 1st and 2nd floor, take the elevator which will drop you right outside the office. Sneak into the office by sticking to cover, hack the keypad and you’ll find a “Drinking Water Analysis Results” under Ashani’s desk. There is a “Flight 451 Dossier” within a hidden stash safe in the secret room accessible either by solving the mechanical puzzle in front of Masaaki’s desk or through the vents behind the TV. Go back to K and give either one or both to K.

K will now send you to hack an antenna on the roof of Autodily. Plug a Biocell into the scissor elevator right in front to get up there. Hack the terminal and you’re done.

This achievement is missable and is earned for completing Side Mission 05, Samizdat.

This particular side mission can be initiated by speaking to Peter Chang inside TF29 during Mission 5. Accept his request and you will be tasked with uncovering the truths behind a hacker group within Prague. All you need to do is follow the objective waypoints; the first of which will lead you to the nearby apartment complex where you will engage in an online chat with K.

After speaking with K, proceed to the next waypoint and you will eventually find yourself in the sewers, more specifically the hacker group's HQ. As you approach the crew, a cutscene will ensue. Agree to help K with his little request; it involves sneaking into the Palisade Bank and digging up dirt on the CEO by hacking their personal computer.

Return to K once you have the information, share it with him, then agree to his next request; it involves syncing the information you found to to a nearby broadcasting satellite. Once that is done, the quest will be wrapped up and the achievement will unlock.

After you break into a hacker's apartment and find out where Samizdat is located - ATTENTION! Don't harm Samizdat people in any way, you need to talk to them. In the dialogue, we accept the task, complete it, and the trophy is yours.

The video provided above is a refusal to cooperate with Samizdat.
I would recommend watching this video , as it contains agreement on cooperation, as well as bank hacking.
