This takes place on Mission 9; after taking Jim's keycard and accessing the NSN device.

Once you begin the simulation, you must activate all 5 data blocks without triggering an alarm. An alarm is triggered when you are seen by a camera or accidentally break a laser trap. Take your time through the simulation and you will unlock the achievement as you complete it. If you make a mistake, load the last auto-save.

May be worth noting that it seems to be that if you save mid mission it voids the Achievement... I saved a couple of times after a download and nothing popped.

I avoided all cameras and trap lasers but it just does n`t pop. what am i doing wrong?

Even with mid mission saving, still got the achievement.

I had to load up an earlier autosave as saving mid-mission seemed to muck up this achievement.

There is no time limit, so you can take all the time you need. You can avoid almost all laser traps and the cameras are easy to avoid if you take it slow.

The Achievement will pop right after you accessed the last block.

In Main Mission M9: Checking Out the Men in Charge, you’ll obtain the NSN Keycard from a hidden room in Jim Miller’s apartment and subsequently you’ll need to use the card to enter the NSN in Miller’s room in TF29. If you’ve played the Breach portion of this game, this part will seem familiar. You need to extract data from 5 data cores in this virtual world without failing any hacks, being spotted by cameras, or tripping any lasers. Doing so would set off an alarm and void your Foxiest of the Hounds trophy from unlocking.

This achievement is missable and is earned in Mission 9, Checking Out the Men in Charge.

This mission sees Jensen using Miller's neural subnet in TF29. Once locked into the machine, you will enter a "simulation-like" world where you're tasked with downloading information from five different security nodes. To earn this achievement, you will need to complete the objective at hand without raising any alarms (i.e. getting spotted by a camera or tripping a laser). You won't have access to any of your augs, but you can easily avoid the cameras and lasers by manipulating the environment via remote hacking.
