** Defeat 100 enemies **
This will be one of your first Trophies, you're going to unlock. As the Trophy is allready saying, you need basically just kill 100 enemies. You will unlock this one in the mid of Mission 4, if you haven't skipped enemies or closely at the end of Mission 6.
If you are starting your Playthrough on Legendary Dark Knight (LDK), you'll get it much earlier.
