If you are honestly having trouble with this, there's an easy method to use.

You'll want to buy Charge Shot 3 from the Power Up place and load up mission 9, during this mission you'll encounter the guys in a golden knight armor. You will want to keep your Blue Rose fully charged.

When the knights go in a formation and start making an energy ball, lock on and wait until the energy ball comes to you, shoot it and you'll send it back to them, giving you SSS.

If you can, make sure to hold until you see sparks coming out of the gun, if there's still distance between you and the enemies, wait for the bigger sparks, if not then blast them.
