If you are honestly having trouble with this, there's an easy method to use.
You'll want to buy Charge Shot 3 from the Power Up place and load up mission 9, during this mission you'll encounter the guys in a golden knight armor. You will want to keep your Blue Rose fully charged.
When the knights go in a formation and start making an energy ball, lock on and wait until the energy ball comes to you, shoot it and you'll send it back to them, giving you SSS.

Im not sure if anyone else has had this issue nor am I sure why it happened to me but anyway...I kept getting to SS and SSS rank but instead of popping up with the achievement notification, the upload thing popped up saying 'clip uploaded' or something. I tried over and over but it kept doing that instead of unlocking the achievement so eventually I went into my settings and disabled all that upload shit, tried again, and it popped right away. Quite annoying but easily fixed.

My gamerscore decreased after unlocking this achievement ??
