Bazooka Babe - Clear all Bloody Palace stages with Lady
You won't need to worry about learning Lady's skills if you exploit the power of her Sawed-Off Shotgun. Make sure you buy every power-up first.
During the end of each wave, before teleporting into the next room, you will want to charge up your shotguns to the maximum, and while holding whatever button you've binded the shoot button to, you should hold it in while entering the next room, you will find that your shotgun will be fully charged.
The shotgun is absolutely powerful at killing everything. Whilst the Kalina Ann's rocket launcher is much more powerful, you can only shoot this rocket once and you'll have to power it up again and not only that, you can't even move whilst charging it.
The Pistols are also the same, one shot then you'll have to recharge, except that you can at least move around. Only use the Pistols charge shot (1 Charge is good enough) against the energy balls the Bianco Angelos will shoot at you.
The reason why the shotgun works best is because it's deadly at close range, you can move around while it's at three charges, you can keep shooting it at charge 3 while the bullets at the top left deplete.
When you have ran out of charge and you're still up against enemies, the best you can do is use your double jump, when Lady uses her second jump, she shoots a rocket out of her Kalina Ann, kind of like the Rocket Jumping in Team Fortress 2, this rocket will damage demons below, so it is best to charge your shotgun while double jumping on the demons, this will also stun them.
To deal with Blitzes, Do not stand absolutely in front of them and shoot while they are conducting electricity, this seems to always make them hit you. The best method I found was to (This will be the only exception) Charge up your pistols to either 2 or 3 and keep shooting him, and if your grenade gauge is full, use it right beside the Blitzes, this will surely bring it down to it's red stage, just shoot it again with charge 2 (Not sure if 1 will work) and you'll kill it.

This strategy is cheap and may be looked down at as a bad method by High-Tier Players, but it gets the job done.
CREDO BOSS BATTLE: I ran around in circles away from him spamming the Charge 3 Pistols. There is no way you want to ever get near him. Good dodging skills will be good here.
DANTE BOSS BATTLE: Get some distance and charge the Rocket Launcher as much as you can and shoot it before he gets close to you. You can see this being executed here >
